POPScream of cauliflower large pot melt butter and saute onion and garlic until tender-5 min. stir in flour and cook 1 min., then add broth, caul, and potato, bring to boil. cover and reduce heat, simmer until pot and caul are tender 10-15 min. remove half veg. w/slotted spn and set aside. blend remaining ingr. until smooth. then add everything back in pot. then add cream and cheese simmer 3-5 min until cheese melte. s&p as needed.can also use turnip w/swiss, gouda, or havartipus 1/2 teas. thyme
