I wonder whose life has not benefited from market forces in countries where market forces are allowed to work? The people that do not benefit from market forces are the people where market forces do not exist or are contrived by a central authority.
Even the homeless in America benefit from market forces if you really want to go the extreme.

Market forces have improved the lives of the poorest in America by making their standard of living higher than most of the middle class in the rest of the World.

Creative capitalism, I'm guessing, is the catch phrase of the decade.
