I have a bad back and when it goes out what I do is walk it out. I've never taken to my bed for back pain ever. My Dr. told me that what I was doing is the best thing to do. Bed rest makes the pain last longer. True! And exercise of the muscles supporting the lower back is important to keep the area strong and functional. |
