And they'll have to duke it out with both the corps that want to tap the methane beneath the garbage dumps, as well as the hordes of formerly lower-middle class Americans who've been completely thrown off the economic stability wagon and, like so many 3rd-worlders before them, are pawing through the dump for salvageable stuff to sell, and don't want to see their meager livelihoods burned up to power the DVD players of those behind the gates and Blackwater guard towers who can still afford running water.
