This is freaking brilliant.

I had a half-baked idea for an invention similar to this a while back, albeit one that rode in the trunk and gave you kudos for doing something nice on the road, and dinged you for being a jerk.

There needs to be some sort of accountability for being needlessly reckless on the roads!
