so its a report by a group that exists only to extract money from governments, to put pressure on the government to give more money.

ABC is owned by Westinghouse who builds nuclear reactors all over the world. They help create climate change by contaminating the ground water and scattering communities. Now they are the experts on the migration they helped cause.
