Prevx says clearly this Microsoft Utility Is Safe which I think it is!

I wasn't sure I followed your point here. It looks like Prevx is saying that this program is considered safe. The process hijack point is simply saying it writes to virtual memory of other processes which is a technique used by malware, but doesn't mean it is malware.

Did I miss something?
