"Our fault"...hhmmm.

"Our" does not include the 3rd world countries. They had nothing to do with the robber barons of the 1st world who bought up and destroyed mass transit in the US so they could sell more cars, trucks and gas. Nor is it the fault of the 3rd world that corporations over run their countries stripping them of natural resources, polluting their lands with toxic waste and paying their workers subsistence wages.

The author wants us to take some of the blame...how sweet. I bet he didn't make a peep about the several hundred thousand Iraqis that are dead for nothing.
