This sounds tame to what this incident says. Do we deny that the culture of death/terror is dead? Duh! no. But is there huge progress being made? YES! I'm not seeking to minimize or erase sorrowful situations anywhere; just give some credence where it is due. We all can find incidences that fit our agenda. This was mine.
