And that irritation seeps out from behind closed doors at the Elysee Palace, where President Sarkozy says Obama is full of “Hot Air” when he talks about “Freeing The World Of The Menace Of A Nuclear Nightmare.”

You must be joking, or seriously avoiding unbiased news. Obama has more overseas support than any president since Kennedy.

or Mussolini. What an idiotic statement, masbury. What support does he have that Bush did not have in his first 100 days. Man, you are such a buffoon! And, by the way, support for Kennedy came by way of necessity. Kennedy was not really a man of the Left. He would have probably been despised in the long run if the cold war was not so heated. In fact, he was killed by your kind, so he wasn't all that loved by the Materialists and their supporters in Communist world.

Well...I believe the world is laughing/scoffing at the new US President. He's a wuss and they all know it. He's a complete novice who does not have a clue concerning the complexities of global politics.

Got what ya voted for. :~(

Kennedy...good grief! He was a myth created by the media and protected by the protocol of the times (1960s) He would never have gotten away with the things that he did with our current internet & media. I remember. My father believed it all. Only when who he really was began to come out did some people out here in the real Country begin to realize that he was just like all the other politicians. He was no standard to gage all other Presidents by. They all have foibles. They are all mere humans. Some can be great when they make good decisions that protect us..apart from that, they are duds.

So because Sarkozy doesn't like Obama that means the end of the world. I don't get where all this "weakness" idiocy is coming from, considering the last President that tried to act "tough" ended with his face full of mud.

This has to be the most comical clip I have seen in years.

Sarkozy is the world?

Hilarious.

Can anyone explain what willhelm is blathering about?

Some analysis of Bush's first 100 from abroad:

It is probably too early to tell exactly where on the political spectrum the new president sits. The image portrayed abroad is usually that of right-wing cowboy president, sitting in the pocket of big business, itching to throw America's weight around.

For a president who five months ago didn't know who the leader of Pakistan was, the first 100 days have been a sharp learning curve and a fast introduction to the responsibility of leading the United States.

Dang character counter:

Sixty-seven percent say world leaders respect Mr. Obama, while 18 percent say they do not respect the president. That's a sharp contrast to the response when this question was asked about Mr. Obama's predecessor, George W. Bush, in July 2006: Just 30 percent then said the president is respected by the leaders of other countries.
