If you read my comment, you will see that I am by no means homophobic, but I see this as a smite against the Lord. It would be the same as if a prostitute started ministering the word of the Lord while still practicing illicit sex. The bible states that you can't serve two masters. Also, it is hypocrisy to teach one thing and do another. What homosexuals do behind closed doors is down to them, I can't judge them, it is not my place. However, standing up and declaring G-d's word and ignoring that it is written that it is an abomination in the eyes of the Lord is pure and outright hypocrisy. I certainly wouldn't want to be ministered to by a hypocrite. Somebody in a similar position tried to minister to me, knowing and living with the man who molested their daughter. See What I am getting at, it is not an attack against homosexuals, but it is blasphemous for people who practice illicit sex to stand and give the word of the Lord, unless of course, they have repented.
