Finally this issue of immeasurable importance is moving from the internet into the main stream media. If the idea that this was a self-inflicted strikes you as unbelievable, then do some careful research on the internet, with an open mind, and be prepared to have your beliefs challenged. If that is not convincing, read one of the three books on the subject by the academic and theologian David Ray Griffin.
Let's hope this year the truth begins to be more widely disseminated. It is hard to watch Loose Change (easy to get on the internet) without concluding something is very amiss.

easy to dismiss something that you disagree with when you aren't willing to intelligently refute the specifics of the accusation.

My opinion is that the middle eastern clan that they said did the 9/11, just are not smart enough. There are really only 4 groups that are sophisticated enough to make this type of thing happen.

1) USA - as much as I despise Cheney and Bush, I don't think this is the right path.

2) China - but walmart keeps them too busy as does olympic preperations.

3) Israel - hmm..yeah right...not in this life time

4) Russia - hmmm.....now Putin and the KGB could easily make this happen - right -- but why, well see the recent clip I just posted.....

Bin Laden CONFESSED to engineering 9/11 - on video.

In the same video he also laughed about the fact that some of the hijackers actually thought they were just helping the pilots hijack planes - they didn't realize they were committing mass murder.

Fun. A bunch of people who haven't even seen something are giving us their reviews of it. Care to tell my fortune, too?

Its a very compelling movie, but in the interest of bipartisan fair play, let's just have the two sides come together and make their claims (terrorists or inside job by Bush administration).

Then we can painstakingly review all the evidence gathered, after many months of analysis, of undisturbed remnants of the crime scene.

Then we can solve it once and for all.

Oh wait!

That's right, I forgot. There IS NO LEGITIMATE CRIME SCENE ANALYSIS! Instead of being painstakingly studied and evaluated, the evidence was carted off and destroyed so quickly that THEY ARE STILL FI...

I have seen the movie and I have seen numerous sources tear apart it's false accusations and fake science. On top of that, I don't believe our government is capable of pulling off something on this scale and then keeping it secret. Like I have always said, 911 conspiracy theorists must have much more faith in our government than I do.

Can I get an intelligent answer to at least one question raised in the movie? Why has the government taken the video footage that allegedly shows the plane crashing into the Pentagon and refused to show it? It would most seriously debunk the conspiracy theories. It would put to rest many of the doubts about what actually did hit the Pentagon.

While I own the Loose Change video, I am not necessarily ready to draw the conclusions which migh be drawn from it or are suggested within it. I will say, however, that I would love to see some answers to not only the questions which are posed in that work, but to the question which arise when one considers the works here and here, for example, along with many other views expressed on that referenced site, among others.

Further, I would love to know how those believers who have imbibed in the Kool-Aid which allows them to believe the so-called "Official Position" would respond to this question:

Let m...

The idea that Bush did not immediately launch a full investigation into what exactly happened on 9-11 is what really bothers me. The idea that he tried so hard to stop any investigation into such a monumental disaster is beyond my understanding. It took the widows of the dead to drag him into agreeing to what should have been his first act as President......in response to 9-11. Outrage and indignation for such a terrible lack of national security, should have been his motivation!
I think back to past Presidents, and feel that this whole episode and horrible incident would and should have been handled much better. Bush failed miserably in this area of our national life! Why? I guess, ...

King George II has GOT to GO GO GO! He is murdering our children, mothers, fathers. destroying families of US Military Soldiers. All based on lies!
Lets not forget Daddys(KING GEORGE the 1st), big MISS! KGII's actions are criminal in themselves
Please dont get me wrong, I served 4 excellent years in US Army Air Defense.I support and demanded the right to protect MY country and was more than willing to go blow for blow with Russia,China, N Korea or any other jerks that wanted to destroy the UNITED STATES of AMERICA!! NO way could Iraq have had anything to do with 9/11. How many Saudis were in those planes? yet we let all the Saudis get on THEIR private planes and fly away as fast as the...

now suspect the U.S. government
of not

The Naysayers always have the loudest voices.
I don't want to believe the government had a part (or engineered) the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks. BUT....every time I watch those towers fall, it just looks like a carefully engineered demolition. I watched the towers burn & crash from the 5th floor of the hospital where I worked. I knew people who died there, people who had relatives die there.
I agonized over the Pa. plane, as I have family in Pittsburgh,
when it finally went down, it was near a camp site where my family had frequented.
"The Truth is out There" (x files) but I doubt we will discover it, anymore than learn the truth of JFK's murder.
I will keep an open mind and a sad heart, no bl...

Wow! This is amazing how some people grab on to conspiracies and run with them. I would like your email addresses so I could request from you your bank account and social security number and wire you your lotto winnings.

The majority of Americans are not grabbing on to conspiracies and running with them. Most of us are simply not satisfied with what we've heard from this administration about the facts of 9-11. This horrific event was not handled very well by Bush and his team. In fact, all they did was to retreat into the shadows, instead of opening a full impartial investigation, they again pulled circled the wagons. No wonder people are not accepting the "official non-explanations". I'm talking about the kind of statements that Condi Rice came out with.....like, "Who could have guessed that they would fly our planes into the buildings?" Give me a break! Nothing but smoke and mirrors here! All you s...

Admission - I have not watched any of the videos mentioned or linked in the previous comments. Although some time in the next few days I will look at them.

Having said that, I am whole heartedly dissatisfied with the Bush=Cheney responses to what happened and the lack of access by the public so we can truly know.

What I think is far more plausible is an administration that knew something was going to happen, but not sure exactly what, that was willing to let it happen, so they could finally inact plans they have wanted to inact for a long time. Specifically the PNAC (Project for the New American Century), whose members sat in some of the most powerful positions in the Bush Administration, have wanted to go to war in Iraq for years.

I am glad I facilitated this debate. The key point is that all of us above (fiercely convinced on either side of the argument) have not had the benefit of an informed debate in the mainstream media. The Daily Mail article is the first time since 9/11 that the conspiracy controversy has surfaced so fully in a national newspaper (and for those who don't follow UK papers, the Mail is not hotbed of radicalism).
Why - when serious questions have been raised by Loose Change, and the much more sober, but also more challenging books by David Ray Griffin - has this deabate been ignored in the great newspapers of the USA and the UK?
And for those whose response is "absolute crap" I invite them t...
