i've decided that the U.S Congress must be playing some kind of pracitcal joke on the world lately. I find it nearly impossible that they literally believe the crap they are saying lately.

At least he could probably state why he thinks it is a hoax. Most that agree global warming is caused by anthropogenic green house gases can't even say why believe it. In the end he will probably be proven right. That won't matter, we will already have moved on to our next impending catastrophe.

An excellent example of Godwin's Law.

excerpt from article:

"You say something over and over and over and over again, and people will believe it, and that's their strategy."

The headline is quite misleading. It might do you some good to actually read the linked article and the speech. This is just a hate attack against an opposing view, nothing more. But then again, that seems to be all the global warming alarmists have in the arsenal. Cheap, ignorant, and typical.

This global warning disbeliever calls believers nazi's, and you conclude that the believers do the hate attack

The fact you think he called them Nazi's shows your engagement on this article, histoy of the quote he gave, and your bias. Again read or reread the article. Where did he call them Nazi's. This is foolishness. You actually WANT to think this was his point. If that is the case, you cannot be reasoned with.

...and further proof, it is the left that implements Godwin's Law.

Yeah, he didn't call them Nazis. He just said that the tactics of the advocates of the global warming theory remind him of the Third Reich. Big difference. I don't know why they should be upset at all.

Right... In regard to "the big lie" begetting the subsequent quote. This is not calling them Nazis. There is so much in this article to disagree with, if one is informed on this issue. His whole speech is there. Why continue on this ridiculous path of using emotive language and ad hominem attack?

Now i'd like to see a quote of my ridiculous path of using emotive language and ad hominem attack.

I was speaking generally about the thread and the support of the article in particular.
