Noooooo, Mousie, nooooo! Please don't make me put down the mango. Peach salsa is great, as is the pineapple. I don't really care for papaya. I might also switch the rice vinegar for fresh lime juice. And if your peaches are really sweet you can skip the honey. Now all I want to eat is salsa. Wow, how good would this be: pineapple salsa over grilled shrimp all stuffed in one of these bacon cups? I'm salivating - slobbering all over my keyboard. Those bacon cups look divine. Salsa over shrimp ..... to die for! Now, what time should I be over for supper, Mousie? Anytime, Michelle! MMmm! You two are setting off quite the craving! You guys are making my mouth water for salsa (really hot) with mango, kiwi, and pineapple. Can I come over too.. Sure come on! |
