A little bit too delicious. I've managed to steer clear of the bacon for months, but this sounds irresistible.

Eric, be sure to let us know how delicious this turns out. Peppered bacon is delicious too. Prepare the same way, just use liberal coarse-ground pepper instead of brown sugar. I think oven bacon is the best!

Candied bacon came out amazing and was indeed a HUGE hit! We made it right there at the brunch and it was fantastic.

A word to the wise - you'll definitely want to remember to pre-heat to 450, mine came out a bit soggy and had to go back in for a bit
