I've never found a ready-made peanut butter cookie that tasted peanut-y enough. I always have to make my own to get the peanut-loving goodness.

These look worth trying. Not too many ingredients, not too many cookies. Plus, I almost always have these ingredients hanging around. (except when I don't have an egg, curses!)

I've made a peanut butter cookie like that ( the recipe was on the back of the Kraft peanut butter jar) They turned out really good. Worth making.

I clipped this a long time ago, but it was for lowcarb---if you substitue splenda for the sugar....specially brown-sugar splenda, you get a great low carb treat
