It won't get to the US anytime soon. Most European countries and places like Japan and Singapore already have faster, better quality online service than we do here. The last time I shopped for a new ISP, I had three criteria: price, do they turn over customer records to the government and do they outsource their support overseas? The best I could do was two out of three.
