I have gone through periods of unhappiness that were primarily the result of a lack of direction. I believe my creativity was at it's highest in those times. Now, I am in the happiest time of my life and feel my clarity is much higher. I prefer clarity to creativity but I certainly like to embrace those times when the melancholy spirit grips me. In fact, I welcome those times. The ideas in the clip, true or not, just down seem to ring true. Certainly there are more like me that have ebbed and flowed during certain periods of their lives and some just haven't worked themselves through it. There are so many factors at play like safety ... I think they should keep researching a lot more. According to their research I should be the most unhappiest person ever. In spite of my genes and external factors I'm happy and content with my life.Things could be better but then they could be a lot worse too. Unless mom lied and I really am adopted.
