If Chavez said nice things about Obama it would be worrisome but insulting him, is good.I'm sure he has ridiculed every president so far. Not one is left out. If he would have said, "I think the new American President and I have much in common. He is exactly who I want to see leading the U.S." How would that be?

True. I just think it is hilarious that he (Chavez) was so excited when Obama became President & now he's all mad again.
