Obama campaigned on (among other things) the idea of a public option healthcare plan. The Democrats won, OVERWHELMINGLY. Senate, House, & The Big Desk.

What is the problem? Why can't Democrats push an agenda when they get in power? I may not like their policies, but the Republicans pushed a MUCH MORE sweeping agenda with much less of a mandate.

In addition to a public option in in healthcare, we need public funding of political campaigns so our leaders won't be sucking at (and legislating from) the corporate tit.
