Since this is basically an entirely new web site, you'll discover many new features and ways of handling things. Here's a list of 10 things I thought would be important to know.

I'm really not into the new "lack of a up/down pager" thing. Scrolling takes too much effort. It slows me down.

Other than that... the new site seems nice.

I could now scroll up and down many times over in few minutes, can you believe the amount of data one can process within such a short period of time by being on this site?

When will there be a firefox extension update?

There is an update available now. No new features though, just an updated shortcut list.

The new help section is much more informative and better organized.

Clipmarks team: I think your changes made some great improvements: the scrolling clip list is better than the previous ones; the site loads faster for me even on dial-up; and I am grateful that you guys got rid of the "top clipper" list.

The only thing of concern is that as far as I can tell one cannot easily access clipmarks that are not within the 100 most recent ones (e.g. for example, if I called up all of my clips that are tagged Iraq, I can only get the 100 most recent ones; AFAIK there is no way to access those that older). It used to be I could sort by just "new clips" and I could access every clip in a tag; now that does not work. This is a minor concern (not a deal-breaker) but one I hope is addressed in the future.

arifsali, I will check into your error right away.

jklugman, you actually can still get all your clips when sorted by newest clips. However it is a little different now. When you scroll to the end of the first 100, you will see a box that says "End of list" and in that box is a link that says "next 100". That link will load in the next 100 and you can continue to click that link till you get to where you want or you have loaded all the clips. We are aware that it's not in an intuitive place and it is on our list to move it to a more obvious location. Most likely under the "showing: 1-100" message.

i redownloaded the extension & didn't get a hash file error now.
The trouble is; neither 'Today's Top 20' nor 'My Clips' seems to work. I get a 'Parser Error', which says:

Description: An error occurred during the parsing of a resource required to service this request. Please review the following specific parse error details and modify your source file appropriately.

Parser Error Message: Could not load type 'MyAmplify.invalid_user'.

Source Error:

Line 1: <%@ Page Language="vb" AutoEventWireup="false" Codebehind="invalid_user.aspx.vb" Inherits="MyAmplify.invalid_user"%>
I'm correctly logged in.
(Did a logout & logged in again; same problem; did a total refresh; same pro...

to clarify ... I meant those option do not work using the updated extension... the clipmarks site seems to work fine & grats for that.

Djiezes, I am fixing the error now and it should be working in a few minutes.

Thanks for the response, Derek, although when I went to look at my Iraq clips, sorted by "Newest clips" and scrolled all the way to the bottom I did not see any box appear.

But I am glad you are aware of the issue and are working to make the box more visible.

Sorry about that, i guess one of the last minute changes last night messed that up. Anyway, it's fixed now and the end of list message with the next 100 link is back. You may have to refresh the page though.

Thanks much Derek, I see the box now.
