Inside they'll see the last column that was removed from the site and is now back in place, covered in graffiti and photos of the missing, along with the slurry wall, part of the original structure that survived the collapse.

But it will be the images of the attacks - and the stories of the dead, their families and loved ones that will move visitors most.

Visitors will be warned about graphic images - people jumping, human remains, planes piercing the towers - and will have a choice of whether to view them.
