What about turning healthy minds into malfunctioning ones? And what exactly is the difference between a healthy and a malfunctioning mind? "Mentally unstable" mind, Fabius. Which could be anything from a really slow-thinking mind to a mind that suffers from frequent memory problems, etc. "Elastic" minds make you younger I think both Fudzzz and Fabuis make a great point. Who decides how a mind SHOULD function? And are some of the so-called malfunctions actually real functions that are just not useful in society as we have formed it? And also... messing with your mind might have some nasty side-effects. You might think you are fixing something while you are actually breaking it or something else. Personally, I think our minds are there for us to program into whatever we want. And however we choose to create it will ultimately reflect the nuances of our spirit. |
