TiVo File Decoder is <A href="http://tivodecode.sourceforge.net/" aiotitle="available%20from%20SourceForge">available from SourceForge</A>, the gritty details of the DRM scheme have been documented <A href="http://www.alt.org/wiki/index.php/TiVoToGo">at the Alt.org wiki</A>, and naturally the source code is available, too.
