I laughed when I first started seeing this on packages. I had been eating more than one serving size pretty much my whole life, and still do. I think most of us do. The problem I have with eating right is knowing whether or not I’m getting the right amount of nutrients necessary for optimum health and a strong immune system. Most doctors will tell you that you can obtain all the vitamins, minerals and nutrients you need from a normal healthy diet. It would be good if this was the case but because of the degradation of the food supply it has become almost impossible to achieve a diet for optimal health and the prevention of degenerative disease. I guess this is why the nutritional supplement market is so wide open. |
