Sorry Godfrey, that's quite debatable. McVeigh had ties to Elohim City and to the Covenant, Sword and Arm of the Lord (you can read up on this in Juergensmeyer's [url=Terror in the Mind of God if you're interested). You could of course argue that these organizations aren't Christian, but then I guess you'd have to entertain the possibility that the groups described here aren't Muslim either.

It's really irrelevant as no claims of representation--as those made worldwide with regularity and consistency by the Jihadists--were made.
