That seems to be a serious sign of crisis!
During the years of fast inflation in Italy, every great supermarket was printing money and this was accepted like Lire in all other shops too. In Slovenia they paid their workers two times in self printed "Mark" while the system was going down and the inflation was growing fast and the official Dinar lost its worth. In Argentina the same occured during the last crisis only 5 - 8 years ago!
In Germany it was after the World wars - than had many cities their own money. The same in Austria.

thats a good idea, we should have been supporting our own country for a long time, at least teh same that china and Russia supports its own country.
