Like... FOR REAL? There MUST be some way for the mother to contest that in court.

I mean, I'm a guy. But if I were a woman who just carried a human life for 9 months, and Mr. "2-squirts-&-my-part-in-making-a-new-life-is-done" went behind my back and pulled something like this AFTER ALREADY AGREEING ON A NAME...

The mind boggles.

The ultimate in "I am man, you are woman. I make decisions, you make babies".

She's gotta have some kind of recourse.
