I haven't seen the movie. Don't intend to, to be perfectly honest. But I ADORE the audioseries, which I have listened to multiple times!

The book is much better then the movie

well i think that's because Douglas changed a lot of the sotory line in the movie, as it got closer to production (while he was still alive) the plot went through so many changes but what you see in the movie is pretty much all of Douglas's ideas. but i must agree, while the film is good i think the books are a better source, i think it would be good though i they decided to re-make the tv series to the word of the book.
