A healthy diet plan must show us what to eat, when to eat, how much to eat, and the right foods. Our diet is 80% of the battle, and exercise is only 20%. Most overweight people get enough exercise, but what they "eat" prevents them from getting that fit, healthy life. The exercise one needs will be based on each one; but, get moving.
