BC bears, who depend on the fish to fatten up for winter, are already dying of starvation. Doug Neasloss, a guide with the Kitasoo-Xaixais tribe, stated, <A href="http://www.theglobeandmail.com/news/national/british-columbia/grizzlies-starve-as-salmon-disappear/article1279874/">"I've never experienced anything like this.
