Adblock Plus along with Filterset.G Updater are must-haves. I use PDF Download, because I use Foxit Reader instead of Acrobat. ScribeFire is a maybe. I can live without the rest.

Adbock one is obviously a biased one to kiss up to their advertisers. The others seem pretty reasonable to me.

adblock works wonderfully well for me, blocking all those unnecessary ads..no complaints on that front... the rest I don't even care for.

Another vote *for* adblock, but also *for* Noscript which I find remarkably useful and fairly easy to use. Admittedly it would confuse my Gran, but it's essential for the average paranoia freak.
