What do you mean "start"? Those right-wing nutbars have always been anarchists. Even when they have control of the government, they are doing everything they can to destroy the American government, in favour of corporate rule.

Remember, every time they say "Small government", what they are really saying is "government for the rich, by the rich, at the expense of everyone else."
