Please visit the clip source to follow this link.');" target="_self">小</A></SPAN><BR /></DIV><DIV class="times" id="A"><DIV>中国证券监督管理委员会(China Securities Regulatory Commission, 简称：中国证监会)周三公布了证券、基金公司境外投资管理办法，允许证券公司和基金管理公司募集人民币资金，而不必局限于外币资金。这一调整将使中国居民更容易购买境外投资产品。</DIV><BR /><DIV>此前，由于预期人民币将进一步升值，此类投资产品需求不旺。中国从2006年4月开始允许一些机构投资者根据合格境内机构投资者机制(QDII)提供境外投资产品。作为该机制的扩充，中国在5月份允许银行推出投资海外股票的投资产品。</DIV><BR /><DIV>中国证监会在官方网站上表示，《合格境内机构投资者境外证券投资管理试行办法》已于4月30日通过，自7月5日起施行。</DIV><BR /><DIV>根据最新的办法，证券公司和基金管理公司将可以投资于一系列境外交易的金融产品，其中包括股票、债券、期货、银行存款、银行票据、政府及公司债券、可转换债券以及资产担保证券。</DIV><BR /><DIV>办法还允许合格境内机构投资者投资于金融远期、掉期和衍生产品，但附带有需向监管机构提供上述产品投资的风险和管理策略详细信息等条件。</DIV><BR /><DIV>证券公司和基金管理公司不能投资于商品、商品相关衍生产品和固定资产。</DIV><BR /><DIV>办法还设定了部分限制，如限制了同一境内合格机构投资者对单个证交所上市或由单个发行人发行的证券的投资限额。</DIV><BR />根据最新办法，基金管理公司必须拥有至少人民币2亿元的 资产，同时证券公司必须至少拥有人民币8亿元的净资本。</DIV></DIV></blockquote></div><div style="margin: 0px 6px 6px 4px;"><table style="font-size: 11px;border-spacing: 0px;padding: 0px;" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" width="100%"><tr><td style="background:transparent;border-width:0px;padding:0px;">&nbsp;</td><td align="right" style="background:transparent;border-width:0px;padding:0px;width:107px" width="107"><a href="http://clipmarks.com/share/F874DC75-CCCB-4A89-B884-CC3416553DA1/blog/" title="blog or email this clip"><img src="http://content8.clipmarks.com/images/c2b-foot.png" border="0" alt="blog it" width="107" height="17" style="border-width:0px;padding:0px;margin:0px;" /></a></td></tr></table></div></div>
