Howard has opened his mouth a few times since he lost trying to create an image of the statesman. Got no hope at all. (Notice he is cultivating the eyebrows to look like those of his hero (Menzies, another do-nothing PM who lived off the back of sheep, the same as Howard did with the resource sales to China.) The money he so proudly saved meant that single pensioners could not afford decent food or clothing and in some, cases, shelter. Hospitals declined, shortages of police, neglect of indigenous health care and work projects..............
He and Bush were friends because nobody else liked them.
