Now acknowledged for his contributions with the Nobel Prize, Al-Gore is the single most capable person for the job. His illustrious record for commitment to the climate, protection of the constitution, science and technology progress, opposition to war and abhorrence for selfish capitalism n big business politics are the most desirable qualities America and the whole world needs in the next president.

Yes, all that and more. That was the pleading of a good American. Now for a non American.

The election was stolen from you. Now Americans know that they were the loosers or so they believe. Yes, chads have been dropped from the American language but the rest of the world has not forgotten. Those chads cost us in the free world more than it did in America.

Do the words torture, regime-change, rendition, Abe Grebe, Guantanamo, Cheney, US-democracy, lies, constitution, Patriot Act, 9/11, Iraq, Afghanistan, impeach, fear, casualties, contractors, mercenaries, dodo - do these words and many many more have a different meaning now that before you were cheated out of the office that you were so we...

I agree Al-Gore would have been a shoe in, but there is only one person that Al would also vote for to be the next President, and that is John Edwards.
They both talk so highly of each other, and would have made a great team for President and Vice President.
I would have rather have Al as president, but I will settle for the next best thing.
Hillery says one thing one week, like she will end the war, and then this week she says she will not end the war.
She has made other comments like this as well, so I just cannot trust what she says.
I think it is very important that we are very careful of the next person that we elect into office, because it might be our last.

Hillary is only playing her personal appeal card but Edwards is no where near her following. even behind Obama. Gore and him can make a great team, yes. but i dont think he stands a chance alone.

only Gore has the personal charisma, proven track record, vigor and if i can say, moral claim to be called a People's President. at present, Gore is one American leader that is viewed most positively by the world where the outcome of US elections not affect just US, but the whole world.

One thing is for sure, Saint Hillary is the next disaster in waiting...

"What is it about Mr. Gore that drives right-wingers insane?

"Partly it’s a reaction to what happened in 2000, when the American people chose Mr. Gore but his opponent somehow ended up in the White House. Both the personality cult the right tried to build around President Bush and the often hysterical denigration of Mr. Gore were, I believe, largely motivated by the desire to expunge the stain of illegitimacy from the Bush administration.

"And now that Mr. Bush has proved himself utterly the wrong man for the job — to be, in fact, the best president Al Qaeda’s recruiters could have hoped for — the symptoms of Gore derangement syndrome have grown even more extrem...
