According to plastic surgeon Dr. Tony Youn, <A rel="nofollow" href="http://www.celebritycosmeticsurgery.blogspot.com/">CelebrityCosmeticSurgery.blogspot.com</A>, lips are not meant to be the same size. "The lower lip," he explains, "should be about 1:5 times the size of the upper lip." Not 1:1.
