My Pictures Slideshow in your Windows screensaver settings. Or if you want specific photos used, try Webshots. You can also have it shuffle desktop wallpaper at a specified interval. (It's not a system resource hog.)
If you're on Mac or Linux, though, I dunno.

That's kind of what it looks like around here since we got 8 inches of snow this weekend. Only problem is that we can't enjoy it because it's been so darn cold... This morning it was 10 below zero when I woke up!
