Exactly HOW would you handle their detaining, interrogation, determination of guilt or innocense? And given the US's care of detail and back-log, could you just set a time limit and set them free? Just hope it is not a member of your family or a friend who is a US CITIZEN whose mother or father contributed to a humanitarian cause that later was found to have ties to a terrorist organization.
