Then on weekends, it's the long walk in the suburbs,sometimes over 8 miles from Bustleton/Welsh up Grant Ave to Roosevelt Boulevard down the Boulevard to Roosevelt/Bustleton, up Bustleton to Welsh. The result, While I felt generally healthy, got lots of metabolic burns, still the stomach pouch refused to yield.
Finally, the light bulb came on in my head, I NEEDED HELP.

to his FIRST 5 FACTS, I knew I was doing it all wrong....Perhaps you might be needing help too.
