chestnut501 says: "Aggression, on its own, is motivating, and that the well-known positive reinforcer dopamine plays a critical role.” So that would explain agressive people on the internet, they get a kick from it. I don't know valann47. There is a slight difference between being aggressive and aggression. I think aggression is actual fighting, verbal or physical, where aggressive can just be highly motivated. I think it's when one is fighting that the dopamine kicks in and what they get is more of a rush. I realize I just contradicted the article. Nothing is as good as good sex when you have a partner you can get lost (or found) with. Aggressiveness is a poor substitute for good sex. There is no good substute for good sex! Drugs, there are of coarse drugs that enhance both subjects-sex and aggression. Unfortunately most often aggression sometimes becomes physical aggressiveness which only leads to problems for both parties if not at the present time it will surface in the future. I agree ofcapri, there's nothing like a good roll in the hay. Good offense is best defense. © But, ofcapri, yours is exceptional insight. Good sex cannot be performed without real love. Genuine, I mean, with no substitute accepted. Not even slightest hint of false. Is it easy? Who said this? This is exciting, but difficult business to conduct; not everybody can get real satisfaction. But everybody has this call from Nature, right? Easiest way here to resort to the old, proved cave violence with directing inner tension to release against everybody or anything. Creating easy target, some even built social and political theories on it. Playing with arms and weapons is also substitute for love, that is the core for conservative people. |
