This just seems like a really, really dumb idea. Here we are trying to stamp out racism and encourage diversity and these dolts are trying to open a school that would only admit children of a specific race.

No better way to breed ignorance, intolerance, etc. What would happen if they opened a white's only school? (yes, they exist due to population, but not to policy).

I understand that research shows that students in "ethnically centered" schools tend to be happier, but that just shows there's something wrong with current schools, that we are failing the students in diverse schools.

Fix the problems we have, don't create more.

I agree. Kids need to socialize and experience diversity or they will find it difficult, or at the least uncomfortable when they are older.
