Thank You for this. It is one element of,..well... the New World Order, for lack of a more efficient term. It is a hijacking. But only part of the larger picture. Government - or the hidden financial/political/think-tank hands that manipulate them - form the messages they want "science" to deliver to the people in order to "convince" them certain "facts" are "true" so their thinking and behavior can be guided like puppetry. Some who mistrust gov'mnt will trust science. Corporations are granted favor so they will deliver messages thru advertising to rope in more people and add a layer of repitition to the propagandistic messages. Corps. also do the bidding of gov. by acting in such ways that... Brilliant clip chestnut thanks... something "felt" long before anyone wrote about it... hence my preference to work the periphery... the one that skirts the edges - so that in the invent I have to run to save my life/independence I can causing the least amount of harm and yet "feeling" like I can work more effectively.  I don't have to get drowned in the consensus "belief". celestialdancer, It sounds like a good plan to me. I think its great that you value your independence. I keep it high on my list too. I just read an article today saying that 1 out of 6 people have a mental illness and they expect it to get worse. They don't seem to understand that the very things we need to keep our minds healthy are the things they keep expecting us to give up. Knowledge wise, we are regressing as a society and technology alone, which we have become so dependent on, will not reverse it. |
