People who think this kind of thing will not happen to them are being proven wrong, with more cases like this among people who are supposed to be the ones being protected.
There is a name for this psychiatric illness. Psychiatrists have named it megalomania.

So is it just impossible to think that a 70yo grandmother could get in an altercation with the police and end up being arrested? I can see in my mind how it could happen. The whole thing is preposterous about the lawn. It would piss me off too. But the cops had to deal with an irate woman that was resisting arrest. She probably got her bloody nose from physically resisting. These things are what cops deal with everyday. The watering the lawn thing is bullshit and she can win that in court but when she resisted she became an aggressive suspect and that she won't win. Assault is verbal and battery is physical.
