i am not a wicca specialist, yet solely basing custody on religious practices is not reasonable. after all most of the horrible things that were done to children were done in families with institutionalized religions...

Lexica

It doesn't sound "reasonable", it sounds like a blatant violation of the First Amendment. If the decision was based on "because she's Wiccan", not "because she has done bad things X, Y, and Z", it's based on her religion and thus NOT OKAY.
