Alan Grayson (D-FL) for the congressman's critique of Republican health care proposals, I couldn't help but giggle.  My laughter wasn't a result of the demand, itself.  I would expect nothing less from the GOP. Rather, the apology request of Rep. Grayson reminded me of scene from the 1988 comedy, <EM><A target="_blank" href="http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0095159/">A Fish Called Wanda</A></EM>.  If you haven't seen it, I'll explain below.</p> <P> </p> <P>In case you missed Rep.
