I had a bad case of PTSD, but not from any military experience. The idea of reliving the experience is very counter productive in my mind, but if it helped anyone who suffered from PTSD, then it would be worth it. I'm not sold on the idea and I suppose therapy is highly individualistic anyway; but thanks for a though provoking clip as usual
