So the whale tossed a few blokes into the water .. wow, big deal.. its not like the whale pulled a gun out and shot the fellas like they do to them.

Just let the whales be .. they're magnificent creatures .. who ever shoots the whales should be bloody shot themselves!

True, their methods weren't the best, but their intentions were, as imperial31 said (though he could be politer about it).  Besides, most whales aren't that vicious...they're the 'gentle giants' for a reason, after all.  It not a usual thing for them to attack....
