They are not infallible by any means, but if the raw Exit data differs from the official vote tally there is a major problem.

The conclusion that there was no fraud in NH because the Exit Polls produced by the news networks match the official vote is uneducated, because these exit polls have been adjusted to match the official vote tally. If the unadjusted Exit polls are not in line with the official tally, as Chris Matthews has stated, then fraud is not only a possibility, it is the most rational and logical conclusion for the discrepancy.
