Would jellyfish have any nutritional value at all? Aren't they 90% water or something? And, eew!

i haven't had jellyfish tempura yet but I got to taste jellyfish strips at a chinese restaurant... pretty tasteless, I guess they just put it in for the texture. It's like chewy crunchy at the same time and yes, a lot of it is just water!

What was the cost? Sometimes the price is a lot just because something is unusual.

well because it is tasteless, it is usually just included in the dish for its texture, but i'm guessing this jellyfish tempura is going to be cheap, as for the taste, might be pretty bland
